Common questions
Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrades pro-rate immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you never lose paid time.
What happens if I exceed a cap mid-month?
The platform shows a warning at 80% of any cap and surfaces a soft-cap option at 100%. From there you can either upgrade to the next plan or buy a single-resource credit pack — whichever is cheaper for you.
How does annual billing work?
You're charged once for twelve months at a 20% discount versus paying monthly. Cancel before renewal and we don't auto-renew.
Why a waitlist if the product is already running?
We onboard every new tenant by hand — calibrating the AI to your brand voice, importing your social accounts, walking through your first week of posts. That doesn't scale to thousands of self-serve sign-ups overnight, so we open seats in waves.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan caps reset each cycle — they don't roll over. Credit packs you buy à la carte stay valid for 30 days from purchase.
